Brunch with a Boss
“Brunch with a Boss” is a transformative experience within our BossUp Entrepreneurship Boot-camp. After 6 to 8 weeks of intensive entrepreneurship and business training, we take our aspiring young entrepreneurs on a unique journey. A sprinter van picks up 10 to 15 top boot-camp participants and transports them to the headquarters of Rap Snacks, the leading snack brand founded by James Lindsay—also known as “The Boss.”
At this exclusive brunch, participants engage in insightful conversations with Mr. Lindsay and the heads of various departments at Rap Snacks, gaining valuable insights into business operations, leadership, and innovation. This is more than just a meal—it’s an opportunity to pitch their business ideas, receive expert advice, and compete for seed funding that can kickstart their entrepreneurial journey.
The program offers a deep dive into the career pathways available within the Rap Snacks ecosystem, helping students understand how their own ideas can evolve into thriving businesses. This experience is designed to inspire and equip young entrepreneurs with the knowledge, resources, and connections needed to bring their visions to life.
