The Boss Up Entrepreneurship Program provides a safe, nurturing and productive “out-of-school” program which utilizes and connects public housing needs and at-risk youth and drop-out population in our underserved communities areas. The program aims to provide support services and programming inclusive of: life skills training, anti-violence teen summits, community service projects, leadership development training, college assistance services, work experience, entrepreneurship training and network opportunities. Program performance is assessed through pre/post testing, satisfaction surveys, and school grade reports for those enrolled in school.
