“Brunch with a Boss” partnered with the City of Florida City, FL, and Branches Empowerment Center – a nonprofit organization committed to providing opportunities to help families and communities break the cycle of generational poverty, to implement a vigorous, 8 week Entrepreneurship boot camp that culminated with a field-trip to the Rap Snacks HQ for brunch with Rap Snacks’ founder/CEO – James Lindsay (The Boss) for an engaging conversation with the heads of each department of the company.

Participants had an opportunity to pitch their business ideas, get advice, insights, and win seed funding for their start-ups. The aim was to help students develop their ideas and realize their goals of starting their own businesses by exposing them to the various career pathways associated with Rap Snacks and its international ecosystem.
